Your boyfriend had a job interview.

He walked into the CEO's office and you sat in the lobby.

The interview took such a long time.

You were beginning to grow impatient.

"What the hell were they talking about?" You thought.

You quietly stood up and pressed your ear against the door.

You could hear the CEO speaking, "Unfortunately, I'm not giving you the position."

Your jaw dropped.

You began hearing footsteps coming toward the door so you quickly sat back down, picked up a magazine and pretended to read it.

The CEO opened the door.

Your boyfriend walked out with a clenched jaw.

Deep down, you knew that he was furious and was going to take his anger out on you.

You stood up to leave with your boyfriend when the CEO made eye contact with you.

He noticed a bruise on your eye.

"Wait a minute," He said, looking at your boyfriend, "Change of plans."

Your boyfriend frowned, "What do you mean?"

"I'll consider giving you the position at my company if you give me your girl. Right now."

Your boyfriend didn't hesitate to answer, "She's yours."

The tall, handsome CEO then faced you.

He flashed a kind, sweet smile, "Why don't we talk in my office, love?"
