Lando woke up, being met with the empty space beside him where his fiancée usually slept. He pouted, momentarily forgetting the day it was and just wishing you were back beside him. He then heard a noise and the pout vanished when he heard it and he immediately stood up.

He was caught of guard when he noticed a note on his beside table and he opened it “Morning my birthday boy, follow the steps to find your surprise*” the note read in your hand writing and his smiled, placing it back down and looking at the floor, stepping on the pieces of paper that were shaped like feet.

He walked into the hallway of their shared penthouse before two hands snaked around his eyes and he smiled “Morning birthday boy.” said his fiancées voice, the one he loved hearing.
