Sayaka Miki was out fighting witches and had her friend Hitomi Shizuki with her so Sayaka wouldn’t be alone and since Sayaka would be able to protect her since Hitomi wasn’t a Magical Girl.

“That was relaxing.”

Sayaka said after she defeated a witch but she accidentally had dropped the grief seed and just realized it and Sayaka while holding Hitomi fell to the ground.

“Hitomi I’m fine don’t worry I’ll be fine..”

Sayaka then looked at her soul gem which was darkened by the second and Sayaka then went over to a bench while still holding onto Hitomi and the grip became tighter.

“Sorry Hitomi it’s going to hurt a bit but if I have to become A witch your going to be stuck with me so you won’t be alone..”

Sayaka then ruffled Hitomi’s hair and held her closer and then Sayaka’s Soul gem fully darkened and the area around them changed.

“Sorry for this Hitomi..”

Sayaka then hit Hitomi in the back of her neck causing Hitomi to black out and then Sayaka turned into a mermaid witch named Oktavia and then Hitomi woke up on a bed which was high above ground.
