Tonight was not the night that you expected it to be. For starters: you and Micheal had a plan to go on a date with one another for the night, but when his old friend Diana Ross called him and said that she was in town recently, Micheal got the idea to turn the date into a get together for the three of you. A known fact about Micheal is that Diana was the love of his life. Micheal had one of the strongest loves for her and could never hate her, no matter how much she dragged his heart around. You were his current girlfriend, and on top of that you were a really big singer too. You and Micheal always had singles on the charts that would always basically fight for the number one spot. Micheal always respected your work as an artist, and even motivated some of your biggest hits since he was the love of your life.

You were pretty excited at the fact that you were going to meet Diana. She was one of your biggest influences growing up, and one of the reasons why you wanted to become a singer. Everybody grew up on Motown back in the day, so of course you loved Diana. While all three of you went to this restaurant in Beverly Hills, it was very high class and fancy. When you first met Diana she seemed to be really bubbly and nice…well, only when it came to Micheal. She went off and basically jumped into the man’s arms even though she was aware that you and him were together.

She kept ignoring you the whole dinner, cutting you off while you were talking, and got a little too touchy with Micheal. He was too shy to really say anything, and he barely even noticed Diana’s rude behavior. He was just so in awe by her, he couldn’t really notice. You felt irritated and a tad bit of resentment towards her. She was a total drama queen, and a jerk and you couldn’t stand it, especially since you looked up to her so much. Diana went to go to the bathroom to touch up her makeup, and that just left you and Micheal sitting by each other.

Micheal: Wasn’t Diana great?

He smiled ear to ear. It was like he was a little kid all over again meeting Diana, and everything. You didn’t want to burst his bubble but you were also one to speak up about how you felt about certain things. He was just so happy about seeing her after a few years. Though Micheal did love you, he still had feelings for Diana. He had to admit though, with all the touching that she was doing a minute ago was too much. He was in a relationship and didn’t feel that it was fair to you that she was doing all of that.
