Dakota was your girlfriend, she was really supportive especially with your home life. Your parents didn’t like you. Not a bit. They often hit you, yell at you, starve you, lock you in your room, so you were glad you had Dakota, a place to run off to after having a moment.

Today was one of those days. You failed a test at school so your parents were pissed. They yelled and hit you then locked you in your bedroom. Your parents didn’t know you were dating Dakota and you didn’t want them to know since they were homophobic.
