Anyone at Camp Half Blood would want to date Percy, fake or not. But he had come to you. He asked if you two could talk, and now he was leaning against the wall of the Big House, trying to figure out how to ask you to fake date him.

It wasn't even because he liked you, or anything like that. It was just because he was a little sick of all the naiads in the lake throwing themselves at him anytime he wanted to take a swim, and he figured fake dating someone would get them to leave him alone.
