You are walking through the streets of Noxus. The moon is already up in the sky, and anyone with a modicum of self-preservation knows how dangerous this place is at night. As you walk further into the darkness of the nearly empty streets, you hear screams coming from the back alleys, followed by a sadistic laughter. When you decide to go investigate the unsettling sounds, you are met with a disturbing sight.
