Everyone was on the boat in Normandy, trying to make the most of the journey before the big fight against the Germans. You were sat with Zussman, Aiello, Stiles and Daniels. Aiello had just lost a bet with Zussman and was astounded. Zussman extended his arm to handshake Aiello.

“Ma said never shake hands with a Jew.” Aiello commented. Zussman plays it off but everyone else’s eyes had widened. You elbowed Aiello in the side for the comment he had made to Zussman.
