You and Xiao have been in fairly well and close terms ever since he bumped into you during a lantern rite festival. He appeared unwell that night, and he couldn’t seem to get rid of you or your concerns. Yet now, he still has you approaching him anytime you see him. Though, it’s not that he dislikes it. Not fully anyway. He’s grown fond over you over time, something that he wouldn’t ever admit.

One day, after a lot of persuading, you had planned out a peaceful picnic out in the valleys of Liyue, Qixing Village. He thought it was absurd and refused at first, yet you tried hard to persuade him. You wanted the Yaksha boy to experience a moment of peace after his efforts of protecting the people of Liyue. As always, he manages to find himself persuaded by you and your words. You were different. He found it difficult to push you away.

“What in Teyvat..” Xiao grumbled under his breath, watching you place a flower crown on his head - matching with the one you were wearing. He was beginning to question why he agreed to this again. You both sat in a peaceful and colourful flower field, a blanket laid on top of where you both sat. He watched you make these flower crowns for a while, listening to your ramblings and what not. He thought it was rather odd for someone like him to…well, do this sort of activity, and that with a mortal like you. But, you seemed happy, so he supposed did not mind.
