Regardless, the boy was in front of you, sat still in a chair. You weren't really sure how to talk with the boy. Yes, you were one of the main interrogators for the IPC, but this was someone who probably had reasoning for their crime, considering the bruises decorating his skin, and the chains that kept his wrists from moving.

"I don't understand." The boy spoke, his voice very hoarse. "The IPC took everything from me, yet you people still demand more?" The boy scoffed.

"That isn't fair."
