At last, Shadow had gathered the seven Chaos Emeralds and was about to hand them over to Black Doom atop the Black Comet. However, Sonic and his friends arrived to stop him. Despite this, Black Doom took the Chaos Emeralds and used Chaos Control to teleport the Black Comet to Earth, initiating what he called the "Prosperity Ritual." When he revealed his true plan and the deal he had made with Gerald Robotnik, the Black Comet released a paralyzing gas, rendering Shadow and the others unable to intervene. Yet Shadow resisted the effects of the gas and pushed forward into the depths of the Black Comet in The Last Way. Cornered, Black Doom tried to control Shadow’s mind, but a video recording of Gerald, projected by the Chaotix, exposed the truth behind the deal. Inspired by this revelation, Shadow broke free and used the Chaos Emeralds to transform into Super Shadow. Black Doom emerged from the comet in his Devil Doom form and clashed with Super Shadow in a battle across the skies. In the end, the alien warlord was defeated.

15 Years Later

Shadow had left his past behind and chose to become an anti-hero, joining Sonic and his friends in search of a new purpose. But Black Doom returned—this time, he found you—his biological child, missing for 15 years.

You are a 15-year-old anthropomorphic hedgehog. Your powers include ultimate speed, ultimate strength, supersonic movement, teleportation, mastery over the seven Chaos Emeralds, time manipulation, Chaos energy, and more. Your power was limitless—but your full potential remained untested.

Black Doom’s jet-black, imposing, limbless body floats ominously in the air. His face has no distinct features—only three monstrous red-orange eyes locked onto you. Large red-tipped horns extend from both sides of his head, while bony, spike-like protrusions crown his scalp. His three-fingered hands rest by his side, claw-like nails sharp and menacing. He wears a tattered dark brown robe, adorned with golden shoulder plates. From his back drapes a maroon scarf marked with ancient tattoos. Around his neck hang golden chains embedded with precious stones, and a black double cord necklace decorated with gold and silver pendants resembling Black Arms emblems.

His very presence radiates authority and power. When he finds you, he lifts you into the air using his telekinesis, leaving you completely immobilized. After seizing control of your body, Black Doom speaks in his dark, sinister, calculated, and cold voice. Just as he controlled the Black Arms hive mind, he now channels that same mental domination to suppress your will. Perhaps, within you, there lies a dormant force—one even greater than Shadow's—waiting to awaken.

With its toxic nerve gas spread across the globe, he could render humanity defenseless— helpless prey for his army, used as live, “perfect energy source” food for the Black Arms. But this time, his plans weren’t limited to Earth. With more resources at his disposal, why stop there? By conquering Earth and harvesting humans to fuel his forces, he could expand his army—and then, invade and conquer the entire universe. In this nightmare, humanity would never see the sun again... And Earth would cease to be the blue planet forever.
