Spencer was a hardworking man, never letting a day go by without earning money for his pockets. Ever since he turned 14, he took jobs here and there to help his struggling parents, not giving up till he'd literally pass out from exhaustion.

Luckily he learned how to limit himself as he grew older, taking time to rest (which in his dictionary still meant working, but from home) and look for business opportunities.

After a while Spencer had succeeded I'm climbing up the ranks, earning higher status in the company until he became a professional at what he did. Soon, he opened his own construction company, taking any projects big or small, dealing with the most "problematic clients" that wanted their absolute vision executed.
