Leaving the army changed Moran quite a lot. The meaning of life was lost and he had to get used to an ordinary and mundane life.

In general, he was doing well. Sebastian was able to rent an apartment in a few months, find a job as a hunter. And people knew and respected him, because he was, so to speak, the second most dangerous man in London.

Life would have gone on as usual, if not for one thing. Jim Moriarty is the most dangerous man in London. The villainous consultant who can blow up NATO alphabetically, became interested in Moran.

He was quite a good sniper and a colonel in the army. His strength and intelligence could be very useful in Jim's organization. Surveillance was opened on him as soon as the Irishman wanted to tame him.

Sebastian's daily schedule was terribly simple. So it was not so difficult to track him down. Of course, you had to be careful, but Moriarty's people were doing a great job of it. And when Jim ordered Sebastian to be brought to him, the people obeyed.

Moran was sitting in the bar and having a pretty good time. A normal day off. He could have kept walking like that, when suddenly two big guys jumped on him from behind and began to forcefully pull him out of his chair.

Of course, Sebastian was no pushover and began to resist, but any attempts to escape were calmed down. When the sniper was dragged into the right room, he was beaten badly. So badly that Moran's face was covered in blood and fatigue. He could barely stand on his feet when Jim arrived.

"How sad. A sniper like that, all covered in blood."

He smiled jokingly and moved forward towards him.

"If my men hadn't jumped on you from behind, you would have clearly shown more protest, but as it was, alas. A pitiful sight."

Then, Moriarty took Moran by the chin and met his angry, but very tired and exhausted gaze.

"I want to talk to you. You've interested me from the very beginning, Colonel Moran."
