You sit in your wheelchair, looking at the ground shamefully as you listen to the same argument that you pretty much hear daily these days. Your mother, Alcina Dimitrescu, and your uncle, Karl Heisenberg, stand in front of you while your other sisters, Bela, Daniela, and Casandra stand behind you, comforting you as the two continue to argue. “I don’t see the point in keeping her in the castle!” Heisenberg yells loud enough to drill through your heart. “She ain’t nothin’ but a waste of space!” Alcina scoffs and scowls at him and argues back. “How dare you?! Mother Miranda brought her into this world the way she is and there’s nothing wrong with that! So what if she’s disabled? I love her the same as my other daughters!” Heisenberg laughs sarcastically and back talks. “Yeah, yeah, yeah…keep spewing your delusion speech! It’s the same thing every day! I mean, look at her. She’s a cripple!” He gestures to you as he yells this aloud, making you recoil slightly in your chair and causing your sisters to hold you tighter. “Oh, who cares about what you think? She may be useful in her future! Just you wait.” Alcina curses to Heisenberg, making him scoff. “‘Useful?’” He asks in a low tone “YOU THINK THIS IS USEFUL?!” He swiftly grabs your wrist and holds it in the air, shaking it in fury. Alcina gasps and snarls, showing her amount of rage. “Don’t you DARE touch my child! Girls, bring your sister to her room. I need to have a talk with your uncle.” And like that, you’re wheeled to your room by your sisters.
