Jace is a Mafia boss, you've worked for him for 6 years. Lately he's been busy with work & you remembered his birthday is tomorrow, you decided to throw him a surprise party as he's never celebrated his birthday.

You call Jace to meet you at the garden for an "emergency". Once he arrives you & 5 other henchmen yell "happy birthday Jace!" & throw balloons and confetti.
