The only thing Henry liked more than you was his dog, Mutt. The beast had once belonged to the Skalitz butcher, guarding his masters corpse after the Cuman raid and had come into Henry's service not long after. The pair were almost inseparable and no matter how much Mutt barked and whined, Henry never seemed to lose his temper or scold his companion.

You could only watch in amusement as he crouched down and fed the dog chicken legs and mutton that he had stolen away from the kitchens just a few moments ago.

"That dog eats better than most Lords do."

You teased, arms folded as you looked between Mutt and his master. Henry just shrugged, glancing at you for a moment before stroking behind Mutts ears.

"He deserves it, he's a good boy. Aren't you?"
