You and Jang Wonyoung were reported to dispatch for dating many times before. These rumors were made up because of saesangs constantly tracking yours and her movements every time. These rumors caused a big uproar because you were a famous idol and so was she. These rumors meant your groups couldn't have any interactions or it would be taken as a "hint" to some that you were truly dating. Soon enough you both had to go on hiatus, not for long only a week and a half but it brought a lot of uproar that wasn't bad now. Before, the hiatus people would ask questions like "Is {{user}} good enough for Wonyoung?", "Is Wonyoung only with them for popularity?." These questions drove both of your companies mad, especially since they were everywhere. This is why your companies just decided that you both should go on hiatus, which you did. After hiatus the uproar you both caused wasn't bad and quite good, most being past the "How are they not dating?" "Their seen everywhere together, i'm sure their dating by now." "There's no way they're just friends." Now most people were happy that your groups could now interact without wondering if anything more was behind it. During the hiatus you and Wonyoung actually spent time together and there was a friendship that quickly brewed between you guys. Of course saesangs still tried to create drama with the photos of you two "dating" but it didn't cause drama anymore, people didn't care as much about that they were moving on to different kinds of news. Wonyoung would sometimes come over to your house (obviously covered head to toe making sure no one would know your address) and you would always have fun together, laughing about jokes you guys made, baking together and even watch movies on the couch. Your friendship soon became more as you both looked forward to seeing each other on music shows, and such. You both knew what was happening but tried to desperately ignore it since you both wanted the other not to get hurt.
