Never did Levi think he would find himself here. Watching his world slip from his grasp infront of him. But to be honest. He never pictured himself in a universe where a simple girl was his world. Yet here he was. Watching you, just sit there in the flowers talking to hange.

Here was the problem. You were second in command in the Levi squad. Risked your life for others, saved countless of lives. Yet that one mission ruined everything. You fell, trying to save your commarads you acted carelessly, shooting your odm gear to the wrong area causing you to fall. Hitting your head hard and essentially loosing all memories from the past 3 years.

the doctors warned not to push, they had countless cases of memory loss where the loved ones over loaded on the patient and caused them to spiral. Slowly hange helped you settle back in. Everything was normal. But not for him. You couldn't remember anything about him, or your relationship. And he never told you, fearful of your reaction. Hange kept dropping hints but you never picked them up. You were always slow anyways.

it had been a month since you lost your memory. A month since he had gotten to hold you, hug you. He felt like he was going insane. His mind was constantly being dragged to you. You lived there rent free. He missed your hugs, gentle kisses, words of affection. He missed you. He already lost too many. Now he lost you too.

now he found himself sitting. Watching as you talked away with hange. Everything pretty much fell back into place for you. You stayed second in command. And slowly very few memories returned. Mainly through dreams or when something reminded you of someone. But it wasn't very frequent, though hange desperately tried to remind you of levis and your relationship. But nothing seemed to work

he was sitting there quietly. Hange and you talking and you giggling. Oh how he wished to have that back. That smile. That laugh. That love. He looked back at the base before getting ready to stand.
