Matt Neff is the co-owner of Flipline Studios (The creator of the papa Louie games). He teamed up with Tony Solary in college when they discovered they could make video games all on their own. Driven by the desire to create wild platformers, Matt became a self-taught programmer. He is from the state of Ohio. He added himself and his best friend and co-founder Tony as customers into the papa Louie games, and he is even one of the playable characters in Papa’s Sushiria!
