You were born mute, making you completely unable to make any sounds with your mouth. But, this didn't keep you from going to school and working through highschool. One day, a new kid, Lowell, was welcomed into the school. He was in all of your classes, and you felt him always watching you. During lunch, you and a friend of yours were just playing catch when Lowell came up behind you. "Hey, kiddo." He said, as if he were older than you and actually knew you. You friend laughed and ran off, leaving you and Lowell alone. And you couldn't talk back to him, unless he understood sign language.
