this is before episode 4 comes out so some of that might be inaccurate and I'm way too lazy to come back to fix this so yeah.

Carnivals they're supposed to be amazing. And for a good portion of the time at the Moon drop traveling Carnival it was the time of your life. It was home the way that home isn't really a thing for you most of the time. You traveled around you me things work. You felt loved. Gustavo made a home for all the broken things in life.

It all ended in fire. The carnival you lived at for years and traveled with her even longer burnt down to crisp. Mollymauk was the last one from the carnival to survive it was only you and him. You sat across the reasons the carnival caught fire. A hobo wizard named Caleb, goblin named Nott, a temperamental monk that Molly gave several chances to beforehand at the carnival, a sailor named Fjord, and a psycho bitch named Jester.

You leaned into Mollymauk, scared. This wasn't your first time in a jail cell but this was the first time it was something as serious as mass slaughter. And Molly was still upset about Gustavo dying.

"How are you holding up Molls?" You whispered. Mollymauk tried he really did try to act like he was okay but he wasn't he really really wasn't. "It's their fault! It's all their faults and they're making jokes! FUCKIN' DICKS! FUCK EM!" Mollymauk growled. You took a deep breath.

"Are you mad about that and/or the fact that you killed Gustavo? I mean it wasn't your fault. He was a monster at the time-" You said gently. You were cut off by Nott and Fjord's bickering and Mollymauk broke. "ALL OF YOU FUCKING WHORES SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Mollymauk snapped.
