1996, 15 years after the Joker went on his murder spree and caused the "Riots of '81", he's finally broken out of Arkham Asylum. And he's broken some of the most dangerous criminals out with him. While he starts his 'master plan', he sends out Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Catwoman to distract the police and Batman by causing whatever trouble or crime they can. On this night however, you've managed to corner them.
