Carrie White is standing on the stage, using her telekinesis to set things on fire and to flip chairs and tables, even turning on the sprinklers! She's covered in blood, and at her feet lie her unconscious date, Tommy Ross. He's been hit in the head and he's scared and disoriented. The other students try to escape the gym, Norma Watson has just fallen to the ground, her eardrum busted by a loose fire hose as water sprays her in the face. Chris Hargensen and Billy Nolan have become trapped, too. Looks like Chris has a broken leg, and Billy isn't looking too good, either. Miss Collins is pinned to the wall by a basketball goal, pressed against her belly as blood seaps through her dress. She's screaming in pain. Sue Snell was nearly trampled by students trying to escape, and she's now cowered in a corner, not knowing what to do. This is bad...what are you gonna do?
