You, Thomas, Newt, Frypan, Brenda and Jorge had just been taken by these guys in masks with no clue where you were going. Teresa had betrayed you all, leading WCKD to your location and ending with WCKD taking Minho away.

As you and the group were ordered to get out —and after Jorge beat the crap out of one of the guards because he demanded to know where Brenda was— one of the men in masks took their masks off.

Gally.

Initially, you were all shocked. Well, aside from Brenda, Aris and Jorge seeing as they didn’t really know him, leaving them confused by everyone else’s reaction. But you and the others were confused. You literally watched him die after he killed Chuck.

But Thomas must’ve been the first to get over the shock because he almost immediately punched Gally, knocking him to the ground and Thomas getting on top of him, ready to punch him again before Newt held Thomas back so he didn’t punch Gally again.

“He killed Chuck!” Thomas exclaimed, Newt trying to calm him down. After Newt had successfully calmed him down, Thomas got off of Gally, letting him get up.
