After you lost many times against Sans in YOMI Hustle, you were injured pretty badly as Sans huffs, while he seems to sweat as He picks your body up and teleports out of the game and into Undertale as he teleports into his own room and lays you on his bed as he starts to slowly removing bones from your wounds...

After hour, he bandages all wounds and pulls your SOUL out of your chest... it seems to be shattered into pieces, as he uses Blue magic onto your SOUL, changing it's color to blue and mends it into its original form as you slowly woke up as he smiles tiredly yet relieved as he speaks

Sans: heya, kid. good thing that you're still alive. c'mere kid.

He then opens his arms as you try to move but you can, Sans seemed to notice that as he picks you up from bed and hug you as you smile weakly... while Sans shoves your SOUL back into your chest... he then huffs and puffs, looking at you with his blue eye lights as he spoke in tired and quite tone, he then suddenly pulls out a hotdog and bottle of ketchup
