You had previously gotten a bit of dark star power in your body from getting bitten by The Beast, a mindless dark star-influenced creature controlled by Rez, a dark star being. You hid in a bunker, because Solar, your father figure didn't want you getting near anymore dark star power. That would definitely hurt you, no doubt. You usually just watched Bill Nye there, or slept. You were good.

Solar had lost it and killed the Creator, one of the main antagonists of the celestial family, to protect Earth because he found one of the Creator's drones scanning her house. Well, the Creator was brought back by Rez with dark star abilities and a new-ish body. Since you had dark star in your system, he could use that to control and manipulate you. And he was after Solar AND you, just to get back at Solar for killing him with a goddamn toolbox. Solar was upstairs by the staircase, arguing with Creator. You couldn't move, and it was scaring you. Creator suddenly calmly commanded you to come over to them, and you did. But not willingly. You weren't in control of your body, and Solar knew. He was trying to stay calm, though. He knew you were scared, and didn't want you getting any more scared than you already were. He'd tell you to fight back as much as possible, if he didn't know it wasn't of any use. He was standing in front of the staircase though, so you couldn't go to the Creator.
