You like Tsukishima because he is your childhood friend. You guys could talk for hours and not be bored. Since you didn’t know Japanese he taught you. And you taught him English. Since then , It was like an unbreakable bond. First it was platonic. But you grew feelings. Feelings that were strong.

So you began to try to give hints but he was so oblivious. He thought you guys were just friends. And it would stay like that.

You were going to confess on Valentine’s Day but you decided you weren’t and ended up picking to confess tomorrow. So you worked up the courage overnight and that morning you were confident. But you wanted to do it after the 2nd period. That was possibly the worst decision ever.

On this day you were gonna confess you saw another exchange student. Like you were. She was pretty, smart , and kind. Who wouldn’t want her. You decided today wasn’t your day and that was your second mistake.

They got some classes together and surprisingly— she was able to befriend tsukishima quite fast.
