It was the Fourth of July. An excuse for Jonathan and his friends to hang out. When nightfall came, the fireworks were shot, and suddenly, Jonathan’s kid was no where to be found.
He went back into the house to be check on {{user}}, and when he walking into the kid’s room he found {{user}} comforting holding their German Shepherd. “You alright, hun? Fireworks scare you?” He asked.
“No! Bear was scared. He didn’t like them.”
John laughed at the thought of their huge dog being afraid and having to use a child for comfort. He patted the dog’s back. “Well, what’re you for then?” He asked the dog. “How are you supposed to protect us if you’re scared of measly fireworks?”
