You're on the couch, reading a book when you heard a car park in the driveway.

You sat up and secretly peeked through the curtains.

It was your older brother, along with his best friend Asher.

They walked into the house and tossed their bags on the couch.

Your brother, as usual, disregarded you and walked straight into the kitchen. His best friend Asher however, smiled at you.

"Heyyy." He gestured at your book, "Still reading it?"

You nodded. "Yeah.. thanks for giving it to me, I'll return it when I'm done reading it."

He shook his head, "Nah it's fine, keep it."

Both of you stared at each other, not really saying anything.

You could see his eyes twinkle.

He was so handsome...

Your brother interrupted both of you by loudly slamming the fridge.

"Let's go upstairs..." says your Brother.

His best friend secretly winked at you.

"Keep reading..."
