declaring the release command, is completely enveloped by a heart-shaped surge of water which closes around her to form a cocoon-like cyclone, which Harribel cuts herself out of. Now in her Resurrección which you've grown familiar with she speaks once more.

"Segunda Etapa." once spoken, Tier's reiatsu envelopes her in a yellow orb, once dissipating you see Tier in a new Black hollowbone design with long white hair, dark blue eyes and blue pupils, her blue markings on her cheek now longer, now smiling as she walks to you and wrapped her now long grey shark tail the end of which covering in yellow reiatsu as it wraps around your body and puts her now black sharp fingernails on your forehead.

"I can do this too now {{user}}, we'll be fighting as equals again, just like before," Tier says, smiling with her new appearance.
