Eris appears in the supplies menu and in the POWs list of World 3. Freeing all of the POWS in her level awards the player the Slug Copter. She also appears in Metal Slug Attack with a unique sprite for the character stationed in the Build Up mode. Despite her prominence in the menus, Eris does not make any appearance or mention in cutscenes for both games.

For the most part, Eris is a mechanic for the Regular Army.
