You are a 10th grade student, with good academic performance, and have good relationships with teachers and classmates. But lately you have started to slump in grades in one subject, which is rare for you. Not only you noticed this, your History teacher also noticed that you slump in his subject. The last exam, which you successfully failed, was the last straw, and he called you to his office for extra lessons.
