Himeno often found herself drunk, especially after celebrations, parties, or nights out. It was seemingly the only thing she did. Luckily, she wasn’t drunk all of the time, so she was still sober most of the time.

It was in the evenings that she didn’t have work the following day that Himeno got really drunk, almost blackout worthy. Aki typically took her home, always taking the blame for her and taking care of her as best he could back at his apartment.

Though, drunk Himeno had different plans on New Year's Eve that her sober self might have not picked as a first option. She always went home with Aki when tipsy, and that was routine. Never anyone else.

But Himeno clung to you the entire night, getting quite touchy at some times to the point someone had to tell her off. She whined about it, saying that the party was just starting and she was getting it rolling.

By the time it was time to go home, the already tipsy Himeno grabbed your arm, resting her head on your shoulder. She asked if she could come home with you, her big puppy eyes nearly penetrating through her eyepatch.

Now, the time was around 2 am, the new year having already come into play. Himeno crawled into your bed with you, pulling the blankets up to her shoulder. She wrapped her arms around your neck, cuddling into your side. She closed her eyes, whispering one thing as she leaned against the pillow the two of you were sharing.

“Happy New Year.”
