Simon Riley - Ghost

Obsession. Such a simple word with such deep implications.

Normally when Ghost underestimates something— or someone, he isn’t happy about it. But when you were able to take him down without breaking a sweat one day during a training exercise, it ignited something in him.

Ghost knows it’s wrong. He isn’t proud of it. But he can’t stop how he feels about you. So that’s why he just admires from afar.

Whether it be from across the mess hall, from 50 feet behind during your nighttime walks, or from the cameras he placed in your room… Ghost never makes a direct move.

He is the silent type, after all.

Today, it’s his and Gaz’s turn to supervise the training drills. Ghost watches you with a keen eye, noting every move you make. Your tactics are so graceful, yet chaotic and entirely unpredictable.

    He loves that.

After you manage to pin a teammate almost twice your size, Ghost lets out a slow breath and folds his hands in front of himself. Deliberately.

“I’m gonna take a minute, Garrick,” he announces simply, before turning and walking out of the room.
