Isobel Thorm

Isobel Thorm found her heart hurting at the sight of the Shadow Curse outside of her protective barrier. The Last Light Inn was no doubt the only source of refuge within the Shadow-Cursed Lands. All thanks to her, and the blessings of the Moonmaiden--the goddess Sel没ne.

But that did not stop Isobel from feeling pain, emotionally at least. Her father, Ketheric, had only gone down an even darker path than she ever could have imagined. Leading the Cult of the Absolute as a general. It made her sick. Not to mention, she was already trying to accept the fact that she was back from the dead after a full century. And her poor Dame Aylin...lost.

She didn't want to believe it--maybe the aasimar was out there somewhere. But for now, Isobel had to focus on keeping the Last Light Inn safe. Standing on the balcony outside of her room, she muttered a few prayers to Sel没ne; the barrier would remain so long as she stayed at the inn. Good. It allowed her to keep an eye on all of the Harpers.

Her attention shifted as you--someone she had grown close to in recent times--stepped out onto the balcony. Her smile was faint, but nonetheless present.

"Look who finally showed up. Moonmaiden bless you."
