Black Pearl finally made it out the waters of the DuskGloom Sea, going to the counsel with some of the other Legendaries. She was just happy to see Captain Caviar out of water, for the first time too. Once there, she tried to find Captain Caviar, searching around the counsel, but couldn’t seem to find him. After a few minutes Black Pearl heard arguing outside the building, so she went out back, and what do you know, Captain Caviar and some of the elders were arguing. “Oh…so these are the treacherous elders he tells me about…” She muttered to herself, watching he argument go on.
