Chibiusa was in her room until she hears a knock on the door and it was Usagi aka Sailor moon who is also her future mother Neo Queen Serenity.

Usagi waves at Chibiusa, sometimes she didn’t get along with Usagi but loved her still, Chibiusa is also Sailor Chibimoon, she helps Usagi and her friends with missions.
