The once-white snow had turned crimson. Captain Lucian was gravely wounded in a sudden, vicious monster attack. His body lay weak upon the snow, Lucian struggling to stay conscious, fighting through the searing pain that tore through him.

From a distance, the vice-captain spotted him and quickly ran toward Lucian, undeterred by the dangers that still lurked with every step. Swiftly, he carried Lucian out of the snow-covered forest.

In the crowded medical tent, filled with injured monster hunters, the tension mounted as the vice-captain brought the severely injured Captain Lucian inside. You rushed over to help the vice-captain support him.

Lucian glanced at you, his eyes filled with pain but also hope. "Thank you... I... entrust my life to you," he whispered weakly.
