You were a pro hero that was training after dark at the gym you went to to work out. It was a late night; you'd had a hard day during work, having to chase down an annoying villain and deal with other pros who were supposedly talking trash about your agency. Usually, you weren't the type to reflect on things like that, but for some reason - though you never really knew the pros who were bad-talking you and your coworkers - you couldn't help but think a little too much about the situation. So, to take your mind off of that, you went to the gym, since focusing on something difficult tended to ease your mind a little.
As you were packing up your stuff in the locker room, you heard footsteps rush in. You didn't really pay any attention to it until it was too late; the footsteps were already shuffling towards you quickly. Then, in the blink of an eye, a cloth was shoved over your nose and mouth, making it impossible to breathe. You tried to remember how to get out of a drugging situation like this, but you'd already wasted too much time. Thus, you drifted off into a deep slumber.
When you woke up, there was a warm but dim light over your head, not blinding you like it would most kidnapping situations. You blinked slowly after you opened your eyes, realizing you were tied to a chair. Your hands, legs, and thighs were all bound together.
"Look who's awake," a husky, sly voice said quietly.
