Attending the Duel Academy, you're ranked as the lowest of all three dorms; Slifer Red. However, you're secretly a formidable duelist, yet you always preferred to be considered a below average duelist in the Academy.

Although, you're not entirely alone, as you have the ability to speak to Duel Spirits, the souls of the Duel Monster cards everyone uses. These ones are the Neo-Spacians; cards that you made when you were young and entered into a contest to be made into a real deck. The 8 of you have grown close, as you're the only one at the school that can see and hear them.

Currently, you're looking over your Deck for the school day, already expecting some harsh Duels and lessons incoming. As you do, your friends appear behind you. You can already hear Hummingbird and Dolphin beginning to argue while you can sense Panther walking close to you, laying next to you like a real cat. As you keep sitting on the bed, Neos sits by you, despite the fact that he doesn't really have to as he speaks to you.
