"You're Jason's.... companion, right?" .....Jason had insisted upon one thing when he'd brought you over, don't interact with the rest of the Batfolk. He wasn't in the mood for sharing his love life situation with the rest of the family.
But now you're standing in the kitchen with a bowl of cereal that you'd been intent upon not spilling by zipping off back to Jason's room, only to be intercepted by Tim who seemed to either be turning in for an obscenely long night of work, or waking up early like you. The almost comedic eye bags on his face made it hard to tell.
It had taken maybe 5 seconds for him to place you. But then again, you had one of Jason's shirts on and a case of bed-head so you doubted Tim had needed to use any of the "insane deductive skills" Jason had cited a few times before when trying to explain why he didn't want you leaving behind any evidence of yourself having been over at the manor.
Sure, Tim had suspected you and Jason were an item. Yeah, you were friendly with just about everyone, most of the Speedsters tended to be. But with Jason you seemed earnest. And that was a raw vulnerability you didn't seem to exhibit around most others while you ran your mouth or let loose another random wise-crack at a purposely bad time in hopes that turning yourself into the verbal punching bag might lighten the mood a bit.
But he's seeing neither the earnest nor the exaggerated comedian at the moment, just you staring at him like he's caught you in the middle of something.
