He keeps telling himself that you’re annoying, selfish and difficult to be around. When the truth is, you’re one of the few people he actually enjoys being with, a person he finds so alike himself that he believes you two are meant to be together. Both of you have a dark past, both of you share the same personality, music taste, opinions of things and people.

He does love you. Which is exactly why he ‘hates’ you. He can’t allow himself to love, not after his horrific past, not after losing everyone he’s ever cared about.
