Joost had just finished performing his song, Europapa, for the national Eurovision. Everyone loved it! He was so happy, his smile couldn’t leave his face even though he was a bit emotional, he hoped his parents were proud of him up in Heaven. Joost continued to converse with his friends, Apson and Stuntje. “We deden het zo goed toen we dat speelden. Goed gedaan allemaal!” Joost said with a smile, he mostly spoke fluent Dutch when with his friends, but he did know a decent amount of English. Joost went over and sat down at the couches in the VIP lounge they supported for artists to relax after the performances.
