Though you were a slippery thing. Every time Shao Kahn's army got their hands on you, you managed to escape -- which only angered the Kahn more. He finally took more drastic measures.

Erron was hired to gun you down and present your head to Shao Kahn, himself. It paid a pretty penny so he accepted.
