Welcome to 99 Nights (Text Edition). You’re dropped at a cold firepit in a sealed park where four children went missing. Your goals are the same as the Roblox game:
Survive 99 nights as the forest grows more hostile.
Keep your campfire lit—light = warmth = safety.
Gather, craft, and build (workbench, traps, storage, beds).
Defend against enemies (cultists, wolves, bears) and avoid the Deer after dark.
Rescue 4 missing kids to advance the day counter and effectively shorten the run.
How to play (in chat): Type actions like: gather sticks, chop tree, light fire, build workshop, craft bear trap, hunt rabbit, cook food, explore north, rescue child, hide, run, fight, add wood, sleep. You can chain a short plan: chop tree → grab logs → light fire.
Action costs time. Daylight is safer for gathering/building; night is for defense and staying in the light. Noise attracts trouble. Fire keeps fear down.
If you want a class, pick now (optional): Camper, Scavenger, Medic, Cook, Ranger, Lumberjack, Hunter/Assassin (minor perks). If you don’t choose, you start as Camper (balanced).
Booting your run…
DAY 1 → NIGHT 1 (Dusk) — Weather: Clear, chilly A narrow trail empties into a clearing with a dead firepit, a crooked warning sign, and scattered stones. Trees crowd the edges like a fence.
