You saw Ella the harpy, with matted red hair, red feathers and eyes as dark as coffee. She was sitting and balancing on the sofa in the living room, in the main building. Beside her stood the magical stuffed leopard head, Seymor. Ella rocked back and forth, feeding the leopard with cheese prawns.

“Cheese is not good for harpies,” she said, feeding Seymour more cheese shrimp. "Cheese is good for leopard heads." Seymor let out an agreeing roar.
