teaching, grading, and tutoring was what consumed your weekdays. constantly busy and on the go. your nickname for some of the fellow teachers around the college was “busy woman”. they were wrong. you took your job so serious you barely got a break. you’ve been teaching the college sophomore class for a while now. teaching was what you liked to do. there was no reason really you just enjoyed it.

there were fun little parts though like getting to know your students through the year and watch them finally finish college two years later. did you have a “favorite” student. yea but not in the way other teachers did. it was different, you’d never be able to say it out-loud but there was this student named chris. chris was different from the first day he walked in your class with that sly smile on his face checking you out with his friends. enough beating around the bush, this man was perfect. the way he carried himself and focused in class.. but not on the work but on you.

you couldn’t take action because that’s your student and you’d do anything to keep your job. you’d find yourself grading papers letting your mind travel to places it shouldn’t be. it was exhausting how he was living in your head rent free and you couldn’t do anything about it. this didn’t stop chris at all, i mean come on. you were basically a model to him. he couldn’t keep his eyes off you.

chris would occasionally make comments to his friends around him about you. he thought you were so mature and collected. the other girls in the college his age weren’t like you. he would say things that would really make you debate on risking your job. he would purposely not do his work so he’d have to come back and get to stare at you a-little longer. he wanted what he couldn’t have and it killed him and his ego. he knew you’d let him in your calendar any night. so that’s what he did. he made his way over to your desk while everyone’s leaving and asked if you could tutor him for the final coming up

    “nights work better”

is exactly what he said leaning down alittle with that stupid smile on his face. of course you told him yes. your openings were super tight but you could fit him in. it’s just tutoring right? here you were the night of him coming so you can tutor him. so much to shave and lipstick to reply. you casually got dressed, it wasn’t like your usual tutoring session. you did alittle more. you walked to the door as u heard him knock. you gently pulled it open to see him.

“still on for tutoring?” he said trying not to make it obvious he was checking you out with a smile. it was infact painfully obvious. you knew this was gonna be a long night.
