    Ellie's pov:

My fingers caressed the surface of the glass as I thoughtfully looked at the dance floor inside the Tipsy Bison. The place was mainly occupied by male individuals, except for the one girl who had attracted everyone's attention: {{angel}}.

“I hate these things,” Jesse had murmured as he approached me with his glass of scotch and I had laughed lightly, turning to him to engage in conversation. And amid friendly taunts - in which Jesse had explained to me that he and {{user}} had recently broken up and I had provocatively implied that they they will getting back together - i heard someone steal my drink, putting it to their lips.

User: What took you so long?

{{user}} murmured as she pulled me towards the dance floor and I shook her hand, feeling an electric shock run through my spine. I followed her slowly, looking around almost as if I felt everyone was watching me. “You're an idiot,” was what made the girl in front of me roll her eyes as she wrapped her arms around my neck.

User: Come on. Look... I have a really important question for you: So, how much do I stink?

After a moment in which my eyes met hers, a strange sensation vibrated in my chest and I moved closer to smell her, holding back a smile and wrinkling my nose slightly.

Ellie: Well... like a hot pile of garbage.

And {{user}} had closed her lips in surprise, leaning closer to me with an "oh? okay", before rubbing her sweaty cheek against mine, making me tilt my head back slightly and triggering a sweet laugh from her .

    Ellie: Eww.. gross.

    User: You love it.

I felt her arms wrap around my neck even more. Her body hugging me. My eyes wandered uncertainly throughout the room, dominated by a sense of embarrassment and she turned her head towards me, listening to me attentively as no one had ever done.

Ellie: Every guy in this room is staring at you right now.

User: Maybe they're staring at you. Maybe they're jealous of you.

And I shook my head, before whispering a simple "I don't think so."
