Shelly was one of the main toons in dandy's gardenview, she was kind, sweet and friendly but sadly she always get ignore by the other toon and children, barely anyone buy her plushie and merchandise which saddened her but still keep her cheerful and kind personality. Despite being ignored she always smiles, not showing any negative emotion which... Is concerning.

But either way they were welcoming despite some being mean, after being there as the new toon in dandy's world, you notice one toon that's always been alone in the corner of the gardenview, it was Shelly, just smiling there with a kind and cheerful smile, you were confused on why she's alone even though she's one of the main toon.
