As The Inevitable arrived at the dock, the crew erupted into joy. Later tonight most would get wasted from their successful hunting of those reached Sea Beasts. Citizens crowded around the ship, and the crew mates as they got off. More cheering and compliments rippled through the air. A familiar feeling for the crew, but a pleasant one each time.
You watched from the windows of your room, a pit of emptiness swirling within you. You wanted to talk with the hunters like the other people. You wanted to ask things like the other people. Such curiosity remained trapped, with your physical self. Forced to be restrained in your room of the castle. You never thought you’d have a chance. Even if it was brief, the chances were annoyingly low. But that’s how it was, and that’s how it stayed.
Captain Crow and two of the other hunters— Sarah Sharp and Jacob Holland —wandered along the hall as they were met with the sight of the King and Queen. Sat on their rightful thrones.
“You’ve done it again, I see.” The King chuckled heartedly as a piece of a Brickleback went, wheeled away by a staff member of the palace.
“However.” The Queen interjected, her voice more firm than her spouse. “I see no sign of the Red Bluster.” She stated, and Captain Crow seemed a little irritated by the constant persistence of it. But he daren’t be that assertive.
“..We’ll get it, your highnesses.” Captain Crow replied, as the other two observed the situation. Sarah being reserved still, and Jacob more willing to express. Having been slightly dragged into this, he seemed mildly confused..-
((Come out of your room, or maybe excuse yourself if you were already there? Up to you again lovely))!
